Children will have a blast at Camp Canary, with our structured programme packed full of adult-led, age-appropriate activities that keep them engaged, plus plenty of time to play. Our activities are a mix of:
- ACTIVE - sports and games to get kids moving, both inside and outside. Examples include Go Karts, Bouncy Castle, Bubble Football, and more!
- ARTS & CRAFTS - crafts that follow the theme of the week, like Flying Rocketships for Science Week, or regular favourites like Clay, Jewellery Making, and Fabric Fun.
- DRAMA - led by professional actors, these sessions involve drama games, dance, creating scenes, and lots more to get your child’s creativity flowing.
- PLAY - indoor fun like Fancy Dress, Computer Games, Face-Painting, and Role Play games.
- STEM - activities that explore Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths. Kids love making their own slime, conducting experiments, learning about scientific theories, and more.
In each session, the children get a choice between two activities. Popular activities with limited numbers (e.g. Bouncy Castle) are repeated throughout the week to make sure everyone gets a turn.
Every week we have special workshops, live performances, and events in line with the theme of the week (like a live performance of Treasure Island for Pirate Week), plus in the Summer children aged 7+ are invited to join us on optional extra trips to museums, beaches, parks and tourist attractions.
