Camp Canary is a Multi Activity Holiday Club. The children participate in varied activities based around a weekly theme (such as Galactic Adventures) but we include time each day for children to play and choose what they want to do. We sometimes go on outings and will take the children outside for Sport (weather depending).
FOOD?
Please provide lunch, two snacks and a bottle of water each day. Our 'Nut-Free Policy' means that the following items should not be brought into school:
• Packs of nuts
• Peanut butter sandwiches
• Fruit and cereal bars that contain nuts
• Chocolate bars or sweets that contain nuts
• Sesame seed rolls (children allergic to nuts may also have a severe reaction to sesame)
• Cakes made with nuts
CLOTHING?
Please make sure that your children are appropriately dressed for weather conditions e.g. waterproof coat for wet weather. Children are advised to wear comfortable clothing they can move around in for sport activities and sensible shoes such as trainers as well as clothing suitable for art and messy activities! We will use painting aprons but please do not send your child in wearing their best clothes.

REGISTRATION AND COLLECTION TIMES?
Standard Day Registration: 9am - 9:30am
Standard Day Collection: 4pm - 5pm
EARLIER DROP OFF OR LATE COLLECTION?
You can book early or late club for an additional £6. Running late or need to get into work early? No problem. Just email or call us on the day if you need an early drop off or late collection and we can add it to your account.
Early Club: 8am - 9am
Late Club: 5pm - 6pm
WHAT IF MY CHILD IS SICK?
If your child is sick or cannot attend Camp Canary, call or email us as soon as possible and if we can find a child on the waiting list to take their place you will receive credit in your account for next time. (Even on the day as long as it's before 9am!)
