How to Book

This page explains how to book your child into Camp Canary using the Magic Booking portal. There is NO paperwork to sign, everything is stored online. 

Through this portal you can book and pay for ad hoc days or full weeks and update your details. 

If you already have a Magic Booking account with us just login at:

https://campcanary.magicbooking.co.uk

Click on Book and you will see the booking options currently open. If nothing appears, click on My Account then My Centres and make sure Camp Canary is selected. 


If you are booking with us for the first time:

To create an account with us click HERE

Once you have created your account, you'll be able to use it every time you want to book. Creating an account with us takes about 10 minutes to update all your child's and your details, doctor's information, medical, allergy and SEN information and permissions.


During account creation you'll be asked to agree to the T&C's and set your mail preferences. If you wish to receive availability updates, programme and special events information, please make sure you opt in to receive marketing emails. Please be sure to click on the links and read the T&C's carefully for both Magic Booking and Camp Canary Limited as they contain very important information and are separate companies. 

Once you've clicked 'Submit Registration' you'll receive a message on screen 'A validation email has been sent to (your email address), please follow the instructions in the email to validate your account.'

You MUST validate your account from this email otherwise it will not be active and you won't be able to book. Make sure you check your SPAM folder as emails can end up there. 

When you click on the link in the validation email it will activate your account and take you to the login page where you can login with your email and the password you chose. You will then need to input all your children's information including medical, allergy, SEN, who can collect, doctors details and emergency contacts. 

Click on 'Add Child' to input this information for your first child. 

You must include under 'collectors' anyone including friends and family who might collect your child - we use this information on the electronic register when we sign your child in and out and if the person collecting is not on the list we will have to contact you before letting them go home with that person. You must also have TWO emergency contacts with different phone numbers.
